Johst Klems is the Gründer und Geschäftsführer of earnesto GmbH since January 2015, where the focus is on developing communicative solutions from strategy to implementation, challenging contemporary trends. Prior to this role, Johst served as Unit Director for earnesto Content, Social Media, and Influencer Marketing at CROSSMEDIA GmbH from January 2009 to December 2014, where responsibilities included media planning, digital strategy, SEO, SEM, project management, media consulting, and campaigning. Johst holds a Diplom (FH) degree in Internationales Medien Management from Hochschule Fresenius.
