Anne Marie DePaul Haddock

Anne Marie DePaul is an accomplished human resources leader with extensive experience in various capacities, currently serving as Chief People Officer at EarnIn since January 2022. Previously, Anne Marie held the role of Head of Human Resources at Amazon Music for over seven years, where management of global staffing and assessment implementation was a key responsibility. Early career roles included Vice President of Human Resources at Ready Pac Foods and Director of Organizational Development at Ready Pac Produce. Anne Marie also contributed to academic settings as an adjunct instructor at Florida Institute of Technology. Anne Marie's educational background includes a Master of Science and PhD candidacy in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Florida Institute of Technology, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish and Psychology from the College of the Holy Cross.
