Anson Ho currently serves as the CX Trainer Team Lead at EarnIn since January 2023, previously holding the position of Member Experience Associate. Prior experience includes roles at Better from November 2019 to March 2022, where Anson was the Operations Team Lead, Closing Team Lead, and Operations Associate (Closing). Anson began a professional career as a Corporate Accounting Intern at Synopsys Inc. in the summer of 2018. Anson earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Management Science and a Minor in Accounting from UC San Diego and The Rady School of Management in 2019, following completion of studies at Piedmont Hills High School from 2011 to 2015.
