Anson Ho

Anson Ho is currently an Associate Operations Manager at EarnIn, where they also serve as a CX Trainer Team Lead and previously worked as a Member Experience Associate. Anson brings a diverse background in operations, having held various roles at Better from 2019 to 2022, including Operations Team Lead and Closing Team Lead. They began their career as a Corporate Accounting Intern at Synopsys Inc in 2018. Anson holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Management Science and a minor in Accounting from UC San Diego, where they studied from 2015 to 2019.
