Hemam Muthyala

Hemam Muthyala is an experienced technology leader specializing in security and trust engineering. Currently serving as the Head of Security & Trust Engineering at EarnIn, Hemam oversees globally distributed teams focused on security, detection and response, product security, and customer identity across multiple regions. Hemam also provides strategic insights as a member of the CxO Council for Clear Ventures and has previously held leadership roles including CISO at SPAN and CIO at a stealth startup. Hemam's extensive background includes significant positions at companies such as Samsara, Workday, BlueKai, and VMware, where responsibilities ranged from expanding security teams to developing innovative security products. Hemam's education includes a B.Tech from the Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur, an MS in Computer Science from The University of Texas at Dallas, and a graduate program in Management Science and Engineering at Stanford University.
