Rebecca Agrait Pepper

Rebecca Agrait Pepper is currently the Director of People Operations and Programs at EarnIn, starting in October 2023. Previously, Rebecca held various pivotal roles at Amazon from May 2014 to October 2023, including Principal Program Manager for Amazon Music, where responsibilities included managing senior leadership engagements and enhancing product release efficiency. Other significant roles at Amazon involved talent management and launching innovative HR products aimed at improving hiring processes and candidate assessments on a global scale. Earlier experience includes co-founding Senti, leading product design, and roles in product management and organizational development at companies such as Streetline Networks and Saatchi & Saatchi. Rebecca holds a Master's degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Florida Institute of Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Central Florida.
