Will Burton

Will Burton is a seasoned data science professional with extensive experience in product analytics and data-driven decision-making. Currently serving as a Staff Data Scientist at EarnIn since March 2025, Will previously held various roles at Credit Karma, including Manager of Product Analytics and Lead Analyst in Partnerships & Pricing. Prior experience includes a position as a Data Scientist at Visa, where Will developed a Python package for measuring loyalty campaign impacts, and a Predictive Modeler role at KPMG US, focusing on both technical and business aspects of data science. Will also contributed to the establishment of a new branch at Elder Research and held internships in data management, project management, and engineering. Academic credentials include a Master of Science in Analytics from the Institute for Advanced Analytics at North Carolina State University and a Bachelor’s in Industrial and Systems Engineering with a minor in Statistics from the same institution.
