Patrick Kennedy

Patrick Kennedy is a Principal at Earnscliffe Strategies in Ottawa, bringing twenty years of experience in public affairs and policy. They have a history of aiding executives in enhancing their reputations as trusted government advisors and promoting collaborative public policy development. Prior to joining Earnscliffe, Patrick led public affairs for CF Industries and held key roles in government relations at CIBC and the Canadian Bankers Association. Their extensive experience also includes serving as a senior policy analyst in the federal civil service and as Chief of Staff to the Speaker of the House of Commons. Patrick holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Political Studies from Queen’s University and a Master of Science in Public Policy from the London School of Economics, where they were a Chevening Scholar.
