Alistair Foster

Alistair Foster is currently the Director at Ademen Ltd and the CTO at EarSwitch Ltd. Prior to these roles, Alistair held various positions at Impression Technologies Ltd, including Technical Fellow, Director of Innovation, and Chief Technical Officer, focused on the development and commercialisation of metal forming solutions. Alistair also worked as a Stress Analyst at Roxel UK Rocket Motors Ltd and as a Workpack Manager and Structural Analyst at EDF Energy. With a PhD in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Birmingham and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and Business, Alistair has a strong background in technology transfer and research.
