Thomas O'Hare

Thomas O'Hare has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Thomas began their career as the Head Animal Technician at the Narberth Animal Hospital in 1980. From 1982 to 1985, they worked at the University of Pennsylvania Veterinary School, initially as an Assistant Supervisor in the Emergency Room and later as a Technician Assistant Supervisor.

O'Hare then transitioned into sales roles, starting as a Sales Representative at 3M Animal Care Products in 1985. Thomas managed sales to various distributors and veterinary institutions, achieving outstanding performance and earning the Salesman of the Year award twice.

In 1996, O'Hare joined NLS ANIMAL HEALTH (later merged with Henry Schein) as a Senior Account Representative, responsible for sales to veterinary hospitals in Pennsylvania and Maryland. Thomas successfully implemented new product programs and achieved consistent sales growth.

O'Hare's next role was as the Veterinary Division Sales Manager at GERMED USA in 2007. Thomas oversaw direct sales and marketing of surgical instruments, developed a private label business, and established a consultative sales stream with veterinary surgeons.

In 2008, O'Hare became the Director of Sales at MILKING PROFITS, where they led sales and marketing development for a new line of dairy cow treatments. Thomas was responsible for planning, inventory management, and establishing national and regional distribution networks.

From 2011 to 2012, O'Hare served as the Vice President of Sales & Marketing at Richards Vet Products. In this role, they focused on manufacturing unique products for veterinarians and the animal health industry and private labeling products for distributors.

O'Hare has most recently worked at Earth Animal and its subsidiary, Earth Animal Ventures. Thomas joined as the Vice President in 2010 and has played a significant role in building distributor relationships, managing manufacturing and production forecast, overseeing direct marketing and social media, and contributing to new product development.

Thomas O'Hare completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Science from Villanova University between the years 1975 and 1979. Thomas then pursued further education at the University of Pennsylvania, where they obtained an A.H.T./L.A.T. degree in Veterinary Emergency Medicine from 1980 to 1981.
