Terry McAllister

Terry McAllister is a seasoned professional with diverse experience in management and operations across various industries. Currently serving as a Senior Cabinetry Product Specialist and previously as a Field Operations Manager at Earth Elements Design Center since December 2018, Terry has developed expertise in product knowledge and operational oversight. Prior roles include teaching English in Japan with Interac, managing bar operations at The Antler Pub and Grill, and handling sales responsibilities at Aspera, an IBM company. Earlier experience as Assistant Manager at Play It Again Sports and Fitness and Front Desk Manager at Comfort Inn Hotel further highlights strong leadership and organizational skills. Terry holds a Master of Business Administration from Western Governors University and a Bachelor’s degree in History with Japanese studies from Montana State University-Bozeman.
