Rikard Grunnan

Rikard Grunnan serves as the Vice President of Operations at Earth Force Technologies since April 2022, bringing extensive experience in technical operations. Prior to this role, Rikard held the position of Head of Technical Fleet Operations at Waymo from December 2011 to April 2022, where leadership encompassed overseeing the technical fleet operations team across multiple locations and vehicle platforms, along with the achievement of building the first Waymo prototype by hand. Earlier in their career, Rikard worked as a Boat Builder and Tender Captain for the Volvo Ocean Race: Disney/Pirates/Cayard Sailing from August 2005 to July 2006.
