Alicia Voorhies

Alicia Voorhies has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Alicia began their career as the Director of Nursing at Community Living Opportunities in 1995, where they managed healthcare for developmentally disabled adults. During their tenure, they supervised a team of healthcare professionals and developed a medication administration training course.

In 2007, Alicia co-founded The Soft Landing, a company providing professional childproofing and healthy home consultation services. Alicia served as a co-founder and played a crucial role in ensuring the safety of homes for young children. Their work at The Soft Landing continued until 2018.

Following this, in 2009, Alicia co-founded 3 Green Angels, but their involvement in the company ended in 2010. In 2010, they joined Earth Mama® Organics as a Marketing Manager, a position they still hold.

Additionally, Alicia worked as the Operations Director at Green Sisterhood from 2012 to 2014. Alicia was responsible for managing an advertising network and natural living community.

Throughout their career, Alicia has demonstrated expertise in healthcare management, entrepreneurship, marketing, and operations.

Alicia Voorhies completed their education at MidAmerica Nazarene University from 1992 to 1994, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing. Prior to that, they attended Johnson County Community College from 1990 to 1992, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree. Additionally, Alicia has obtained the Registered Nurse certification, although details regarding the institution and the year of completion are not provided.
