Rick Fabiano

Rick Fabiano has a strong background in finance and accounting, with experience in various leadership positions. Rick most recently served as the Chief Financial Officer at EOI Space starting in March 2023. Prior to that, they held the same position at Universal Audio from March 2012 to December 2022. Rick also worked as the VP of Finance at Xsigo Systems Inc from May 2006 to March 2012. Rick served as a Board Member at KeyPoint Credit Union from December 1998 to December 2011. Earlier in their career, Rick held the position of VP of Finance at NETGEAR Inc from November 1996 to April 2004. Rick also worked at Tandem Computers Inc from 1990 to 1996 in various finance positions, including Director of Finance. Rick started their career at IBM in May 1982, where they worked in finance and accounting roles until June 1990.

Rick Fabiano received their Bachelor of Arts degree in Liberal Arts from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in 1980. Rick then pursued further education and completed their Master of Arts degree in Administration with minors in Economics and Statistics at the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 1980 to 1982.
