Tom Kunicki

Tom Kunicki has worked in a variety of roles in the software and computer science industry since 2000. Theirmost recent role is Principal Software Architect at EOI Space, a position they have held since 2022. Prior to that, they were Chief Architect at arturo.ai from 2021 to 2022. From 2015 to 2021, they were Principal Software Engineer at Commonwealth Computer Research, Inc. (CCRi). From 2014 to 2015, they were Senior Software Engineer at The Weather Company. From 2013 to 2014, they were Software Engineer at Boundless Spatial, Inc. and from 2009 to 2013 they were Computer Scientist at U.S. Geological Survey (USGS). Theirfirst role in the industry was Lead Software Engineer at Imago Scientific Instruments Corp. from 2000 to 2009.

Tom Kunicki has a diverse educational background. Tom obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Computer Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison between 1992 and 1997. Tom also obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Molecular Biology from the same institution during the same period. In 2014, they went on to pursue a Master's Degree in Information and Data Science from the University of California, Berkeley, which they completed in 2016.
