Charles Ostergren is a Senior Engineer at Earth Science LLC, with experience since November 2013 in conducting Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs), soil and groundwater remediation, and developing Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans (SWPPPs) and Spill Prevention, Control, and Countermeasure Plans (SPCCs).
