Charles Ostergren

Charles Ostergren is a Senior Engineer at Earth Science LLC, with experience since November 2013 in conducting Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs), soil and groundwater remediation, and developing Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans (SWPPPs) and Spill Prevention, Control, and Countermeasure Plans (SPCCs). Responsibilities include groundwater monitoring well installation, spill planning, response, restoration, and wetland surveys. Prior to this role, Charles served as an Environmental Engineer at StanTech Services LLC from July 2009 to November 2013, where efforts focused on environmental site assessments and remediation projects. Charles holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Environmental Engineering from the University of Oklahoma, earned between 2005 and 2009.
