Gianni O. currently serves as the Director of Sales for Hardware and Independent Accounts at Earth Science since September 2024. Previously, Gianni held the position of Field Sales Manager at Kellogg Garden Products from September 2021 to September 2024, overseeing sales operations in the southwest and rocky mountain regions and managing a team of seven sales managers. Gianni also served as Chief Operating Officer at Ryland Family Inc. from June 2021 to June 2022, and held various roles at Kellogg Garden Products including Southwest Regional Sales Manager and Area Sales Manager between 2014 and 2021. Earlier experience includes serving as Director of Key Accounts at Jobe's Company and Market Sales Manager at Infinity Lawn & Garden. Gianni began a career in customer service at State Farm in 2009. Educational credentials include an MBA from Texas A&M University-Commerce and a BBA from Liberty University, along with an Associate's degree in Political Science from Lincoln College.
