Alex Couch

Alex Couch is an accomplished design professional with extensive experience in leading design teams and initiatives across various companies. Currently serving as the Head of Design at Earth since October 2024, Alex previously held the position of Design Team Lead at Parabola from November 2020 to October 2024, where efforts included scaling the design practice and launching significant features and redesigns. Earlier roles include Designer at Plaid, Lead Product Designer at Tulip, Senior Product Designer at Hired, and Product Designer at ThoughtSpot. Alex's career began as an Interaction Designer at Cooper and a User Experience Designer at Mad*Pow, with foundational experience in growth marketing as an Independent Consultant. Alex earned a degree in Communications, Advertising, History, and Humanities from Boston University.
