Eva Xia

Eva Xia currently serves as the Head of Revenue Operations at Earth and is an Executive Member at Pavilion since April 2024. Previously, Eva held the position of Director of Revenue Operations at Paystand, a FinTech company that reached Unicorn status in 2022, where significant achievements included overseeing the acquisition of Yadoo and TeamPay. Earlier roles include Customer Success Operations Manager at Paystand, Customer Success Manager at Auryc Inc., and various leadership positions at EF, where responsibilities ranged from managing operations teams to developing training programs. Eva holds a Master of Science in Business Analytics and an MBA from Hult International Business School, along with a Bachelor's degree in E-Commerce from Jianghan University.
