Yasha Portnoy

Yasha Portnoy is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in engineering and technical leadership. Currently serving as Co-Founder and CTO at Earthacre since June 2022, Yasha previously held various roles at Optoro from August 2011 to March 2022, culminating in the position of Director of Engineering. Responsibilities included stakeholder management, project leadership, and mentoring engineers. Yasha has led cross-functional teams in implementing advanced data architectures using modern technologies such as Kubernetes, Kafka, and Ruby on Rails. Earlier roles include Co-Founder and CTO at weBike LLC, Lead .NET/Web Developer at Hodgson Consulting, and Frontend Web Developer at Information Sciences Corporation.
