Sarah James Kemp has extensive work experience in product development and management at various companies. Sarah began their career at Fairkeep Products in 2005, where they worked as a Product Development & Sourcing professional for one year. Sarah then joined Dorel Industries in 2006 and spent 7 years there, serving as the Product Development & Marketing manager, overseeing the development of ready-to-assemble furniture and case good furniture for Walmart and Sam's Club. In 2013, Sarah joined Earthbound as a Product Development Manager, responsible for managing the product development of the Better Homes & Gardens brand across Home Decor, Cook & Dine, and Lawn & Garden categories. Sarah later advanced to the position of Senior Product Development Manager and most recently, they became the Director of Product Development, leading the product development team for elevated private brand businesses at Walmart in various categories such as Hardlines, RTA Indoor Furniture, DIY, Hardware, Stationery, Live Goods, and Lawn & Garden.

Sarah James Kemp attended Drury University from 2000 to 2001, studying Architecture. Sarah then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Business Management at Harding University from 2002 to 2004.
