In 2016, they became the President of Earthco Arbor Care, focusing on providing high-quality tree care services. In 2018, Kyle Morrison took on the role of President of Victoria Mortgage Group. Additionally, they have experience in coaching as the Defensive Coordinator for Men's Lacrosse at Chapman University since 2015 and as the Treasurer for the Southwestern Lacrosse Conference since 2011.

Since 1984 Earthco Commercial Landscape has been providing landscape services in Southern California. The company was started by Owner, Robert Morrison, who holds a degree in Ornamental Horticulture from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo. Robert has been in the landscape industry for over 40 years. In 2006 Robert added Kyle Morrison to the team as an Account Manager. Kyle graduated from San Diego State with a degree in Finance and was adamant about following in his father’s foot steps. Kyle climbed his way up the ladder and is now the Vice President. Kyle is enthusiastic about being the best landscape service provider as well as reducing costs and environmental impact for all of Earthco's clients. The company has seen steady growth over the past 30 years and will continue to innovative and effectively add value for our clients. Earthco is a leading full-service landscape provider.
