James P. is currently the Safety & Quality Manager for Tower Services at Earthcom, Inc., where they train tower employees in various roles while promoting safety and quality practices. Prior to this, from 1990 to 2001, they worked at Grant Tower, progressing from a green hand to the Quality Control/Safety Compliance Supervisor. James also co-founded and operated Freedom Tower from 2001 to 2005 before the business partnership concluded. They are dedicated to being a great teacher and parent.
