Faraaz Shamutally

Faraaz Shamutally is an experienced aerospace engineer currently serving as an Intermediate Space Systems Engineer at EarthDaily Analytics since March 2022. Previously, Faraaz worked as a Researcher/Aerospace Engineer at the Mauritius Research and Innovation Council from May 2014 to January 2022, focusing on promoting emerging technologies and establishing a Space Unit. Faraaz's earlier roles include CFD Engineer at Prodesign Engineering Consultants Ltd., where work involved computational fluid dynamics modeling in various applications, and Assistant to Sector Manager at Enterprise Mauritius, contributing to enterprise and product development. Faraaz holds a Master of Engineering in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical/Space Engineering from the University of Southampton.
