Gilbert Zelaya

Gilbert Zelaya is an Associate Attorney at EARTHJUSTICE. Gilbert was previously Appellate Counsel at the Center for Appellate Litigation from August 2018 to January 2022. Prior to that, they were a PIPS Legal Fellow at the Center for Appellate Litigation from August 2017 to May 2018. Gilbert also interned at The Sheldon Law Firm in May 2017 and Safe Harbor Immigration Project from August 2016 to December 2016. In addition, they were an intern at the Office of the New York State Attorney General from June 2016 to August 2016. Prior to their legal career, they worked as an assistant office manager at Raiser & Kenniff, P.C. from May 2014 to August 2015.
