Lisa Pradhan

Lisa Pradhan is a seasoned professional in communications and arts, currently serving as the Sr. Communications Leadership Team Manager at Earthjustice since November 2018. In this role, Lisa collaborates closely with department leadership to devise and oversee long-term strategic planning and projects. Previously, Lisa has held various roles at Earthjustice, including Communications Associate and Communications Assistant, where significant contributions to internal communications and project tracking were made. Alongside work in the nonprofit sector, Lisa is actively engaged in arts and cultural organizing in the San Francisco Bay Area and is a member of the Appendix Collective, focusing on multi-ethnic narratives. Lisa's earlier experience includes positions at Social Policy Research Associates as a Business Development and Marketing Coordinator and at Govini as a Recruitment Coordinator. Lisa holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Religion from Smith College, with a concentration in Buddhist Studies.
