Alicia Nesline Shaw

Alicia Nesline Shaw serves as the HR Director and General Counsel at Earthley Wellness since August 2025. Prior to this role, Alicia was a Partner at Carlile Patchen & Murphy LLP from July 2015 to August 2025, focusing on business and employment law. Earlier in career, Alicia worked as an Attorney at Law, specializing in business and employment law, as well as estate planning and administration. From January 2005 to June 2015, Alicia was employed by Campbell, Hornbeck, Chilcoat & Veatch, LLC, practicing business law and estate planning, probate, and trust administration. Alicia holds a Juris Doctor degree from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law and a Bachelor's degree in History and International Studies from the University of Richmond.
