Irene Smith is the Founder Director of Everflowing, an educational program dedicated to teaching skillful touching within palliative care. Previously, Irene founded and directed Service Through Touch, a non-profit organization that developed touch projects for individuals with AIDS globally from 1988 to 1999. Since 1999, Irene has focused on creating educational resources and consulting on massage projects in hospice care, while also facilitating a support group for massage practitioners in San Francisco. Irene holds a certification in massage therapy from the Los Angeles School of Massage.
