Adam Gerson has worked in various roles in the technology and consulting industries since 2007. In 2007, they began as a Senior Associate Management Consultant at Katzenbach Partners, a management consulting firm. Adam then moved to the Federal Communications Commission in 2009 as a Business Associate on the National Broadband Plan Task Force. In 2010, they became Vice President of Customer Success and Operations at Efficiency 2.0, an energy efficiency web applications and engagement programs company. In 2012, they were promoted to Senior Director of Customer Success and Operations at C3 Energy Network. In 2013, they became General Manager of Hailo, a transportation network company, in New York City. In 2014, they were promoted to Vice President of Customer Success and Operations at Nowait, a venture-backed mobile technology company. In 2017, Nowait was acquired by Yelp and they continued in the same role. In 2018, they became COO and Head of SMB Sales & Customer Success at StreetShares, a venture-backed Fintech company. Finally, in 2023, they became Chief Operating Officer at EarthOptics, a company developing tools to help farmers and ranchers more sustainably manage their soil.
Adam Gerson graduated from Harvard University in 1999 with a BA and then went on to earn an MBA from The Wharton School in 2007.
