Imani Taylor has a diverse work experience that spans various industries and roles. In 2018, they interned at BJC HealthCare, where they assisted with operations and initiatives, participated in strategic planning, and conducted data research analysis. From 2019 to 2021, they worked as a Research Lab Technician at Johns Hopkins All Children's Hospital, where they maintained scientific equipment and software, implemented tracking systems, and resolved technical issues. In 2021, they served as an Assistant Manager at Business Marketing Source, Inc. In 2022, they joined Wiley Edge (formerly mthree) as an Alumni Trainee Production Support Analyst & SRE, where they gained skills in ITIL practices, monitoring, DevOps, and disaster recovery. Imani also wrote basic computer programs in Python. In the same year, they completed a Software Engineering program at Thinkful, focusing on full-stack development with technologies like JavaScript, React, HTML, CSS, Node.js, and Express. In 2022, they worked as a Support Engineer at Pico, where they provided technical and product support to users and partners, triaged requests, and resolved issues. Currently, they are employed as a Production Support Engineer at EarthOptics.
