Kristen Albertsen

Kristen Albertsen has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Kristen is currently the Head of People at Earthrise Energy since April 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Vice President, People at Bevi from 2018 to April 2023. From 2013 to 2018, Kristen worked as a Senior Manager, Operations and Talent at Dalberg. Kristen also has experience as an English Language Lecturer at the University of Economics (Vysoká Skola Economická) from 2009 to 2012 and at Université Jean Moulin Lyon 3 from 2003 to 2005. Additionally, they worked as a Marketing Manager at Towers Watson in 2007.

Kristen Albertsen's education history includes a Bachelor's degree in Comparative Literature from Princeton University. Kristen also holds a Master of Education (M.Ed.) degree from Harvard Graduate School of Education. In addition, they have a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Modern Languages and Literatures from The University of Edinburgh.

Kristen has also obtained a certification in SHRM-CP from SHRM in August 2015.
