Brad Leibov

Brad Leibov is an accomplished leader in environmental philanthropy and community development with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the CEO of EarthShare since 2019, Brad has been instrumental in mobilizing support for the planet, resulting in over $400 million in donations to nonprofit organizations. Prior to EarthShare, Brad was the President and CEO of Liberty Prairie Foundation, where Brad led initiatives in sustainable agriculture, ecosystem health, and food justice. Additionally, Brad co-founded and served as Principal at Terra Firma Co., and held leadership roles at New Chicago Fund, Lincoln Square Chamber of Commerce, and The Woodlawn Organization. Brad holds a Master of Arts in Urban Planning and Policy from the University of Illinois Chicago and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from DePaul University.
