Karoline Hurd is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in nonprofit management and partnership development. Currently serving as Senior Manager at EarthShare since August 2017, Karoline also holds the position of Director of National Partnerships & Cause Marketing at March of Dimes since August 2014. Previous roles include Director of Events at the National Wildlife Federation from December 2009 to August 2014 and State Director of Development at March of Dimes from February 1996 to June 2009.
