Robin E. Perkins Baiettini has extensive work experience in communications and marketing roles. From 2017, they served as the VP of Communications & Marketing at EarthShare, where they led initiatives to engage individuals, businesses, and nonprofits in environmental programs. Robin E. also directed the organization's re-branding and digital outreach efforts. Prior to that, from 2007 to 2017, they held the position of Director of Communications & Marketing at EarthShare, where they pioneered the use of social media and digital marketing for community building and fundraising. Robin E. partnered with various companies for cause-marketing initiatives and led the organization's re-branding. Earlier in their career, they worked as the Communications & Development Manager at EarthShare from 1998 to 2007. Additionally, Robin has experience as the Manager of Communications, News & Information at the American Association for the Advancement of Science (AAAS) from 1994 to 1998, where they helped develop and launch the first online science news site. Robin E. started their career as an Assignment Desk Editor at WTTG D.C. 10 o'clock News, where they gained experience in human interest storytelling, reporting, and writing and editing for broadcast media.
