Troy Carter has had a diverse work experience. Troy is currently the CEO and Co-Founder of Earthshot Labs, a position they have held since 2020. Prior to this, they were a Co-Founder and Advisor at Rizome in 2019. From 2015 to 2019, they worked as a Project Finance Consultant at Troy Carter Consulting. Before that, they founded Troy Cider, the first national and international hard cider brand based in California, which they sold in 2014. In 2011, they served as the Head of Analytics at E la Carte Inc. and from 2010 to 2011, they worked as a Project Manager at Airbnb.com.
Troy Carter received a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Stanford University, where they attended from 2007 to 2011.
