Marleny Morales

Marleny Morales has worked in various roles and positions throughout their career. Marleny started their most recent position in 2021 as a Project Manager at EarthSoft. Prior to this, they worked at Barrick Gold Corporation for several years. Their roles at Barrick Gold Corporation included Contracts Administrator from September 2019 to April 2021, Senior Environmental Specialist from April 2018 to September 2019, Environmental Services Supervisor from March 2017 to April 2018, and Environmental Coordinator - Administration, Finances & Project Management from January 2013 to March 2017. Before joining Barrick Gold Corporation, Marleny worked at Agencia Navarro as an Environmental Administrative-Logistics Assistant from June 2009 to July 2010. Marleny held various responsibilities in this role, including purchasing and logistics for the Environmental Department, administrative support, and coordination of environmental management plans.

Marleny Morales's education history begins in 2002 when they attended Liceo Francisco Henriquez y Carvajal, where they obtained their High School Degree with the highest honor. Following that, from 2004 to 2008, Marleny attended Universidad Tecnologica del Cibao, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General.

In addition to their formal education, Marleny has obtained several certifications throughout their career. In August 2022, they obtained a certification in SQL & Power BI Data Analysis from Smart Data. In May 2018, Marleny received a certification in RCRA In Resources Conservation and Recovery Act Hazardous Waste Management (16hrs) from the Atlantic OSHA Training Center. In August 2016, they obtained a certification in Manejo de Conflictos con Inteligencia Emocional from INFOTEP, along with certifications in Microsoft Project Basics and Teamwork from the same institution. In April 2016, Marleny acquired a certification in Microsoft Excel Basics from INFOTEP.

Furthermore, in May 2014, they received a certification in ISO 14001:2004 Environmental Management Systems Lead Auditor (TPECS) from the British Standards Institution (BSI). In December 2013, Marleny obtained a certification in Redacción de Informes Técnicos from INFOTEP, followed by a certification in Team Building in September 2012 from the same institution. Lastly, in April 2019, they obtained a certification in NFPA 472 Standard for Competence of Responders to Hazardous Materials/Weapons of Mass Destruction Incidents from Hermon Outdoors EIRL.
