Carrie Cella

Carrie Cella is a skilled Project Engineer at Earthtone Construction since November 2020, with previous experience as an Assistant Superintendent at Oakmont Construction, Inc., where oversight of on-site construction and management of a significant rebuild project in Coffey Park were key responsibilities.
