Patrick Kwiatkowski is an experienced operations professional with a robust background in energy-efficient lighting and media production. Currently serving as the VP of Operations for EarthTronics, Inc., Patrick has held various leadership roles since November 2020, focusing on innovative LED products. Prior to this role, Patrick was self-employed as a Gaffer and Technical Project Manager, collaborating with notable clients including Bissell and Stryker Corporation. Patrick's experience at Eastern Effects, Inc. as Equipment Services Manager encompassed senior management duties, staff training, and process improvement in the film and television sector. Additionally, Patrick co-founded Hatch International, a nonprofit addressing community needs through sustainable solutions, and worked in freelance roles involving electric and rigging services. Patrick holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications from Grand Valley State University.
