Michelle Tripp

Michelle Tripp has extensive work experience in various roles within the education and outdoor industry. In 2010, they served as the Administrative & Residential Director at Mountain Camp Woodside until 2013. Then, from 2014 to 2015, they worked as the Event Director at BeChallenged. In 2015, they became the Sydney Director - Camp Blue at Bell Leisure, where they stayed until 2017. During that time, they also worked as the Program Director & Challenge Success Researcher at Mountain Camp California from May to September 2017. In October 2017, they joined Driven Outcomes as the Program Director, where they stayed until June 2018. Since June 2018, they have been the Executive Director - Education at Kids Teaching Kids AU. Finally, in 2020, they joined Earthwatch Institute as the Head of Education.

Michelle Tripp attended the University of South Australia from 2007 to 2010, where they earned a Bachelor of Media degree in Global Media Communications & Film, TV.
