Malini Gupta is an experienced professional in corporate social responsibility and rural development. Currently serving as the Country Representative at Earthworm Foundation since October 2023, Malini previously held the position of Vice President of Corporate Social Responsibility at JCB India Ltd. from February 2018 to May 2023. Prior roles include Vice President at Royal Bank of Scotland SSIL and Deputy General Manager of Corporate Social Responsibility at JCB India, where Malini coordinated CSR interventions across multiple plants. Malini’s early career included significant positions at Oxfam GB as Regional Advisor and at CARE West Bengal as Partnership Coordinator, focusing on sustainable rural women's self-help groups. Malini holds a Post Graduate degree in Rural Development from Xavier Institute of Social Service, Ranchi.
