Avni Sharma

Avni Sharma is a dedicated Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various HR roles across leading organizations. Currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist at Easa Saleh Al Gurg Group since July 2024, Avni previously held multiple HRBP positions at PwC Acceleration Centers from June 2021 to May 2024. Early career milestones include roles as a Senior HR Executive and HR Executive at Archetype, and an HR Business Associate at Tech Mahindra, beginning in May 2015. Avni started with an internship at L&T in early 2014, contributing to the 'HR Pulse Survey' project. Avni holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from IBS Hyderabad and a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Relations and Personnel Management from Kamala Nehru College, Delhi University.
