Steve S. Cho currently serves as the Chief Credit Officer and COO at Ease Capital since October 2024. Prior to this role, Steve held the position of Chief Operating and Credit Officer for Real Estate Credit at Blue Vista Capital Management from 2017 to 2024, where responsibilities included overseeing credit, structuring, and risk from origination to asset management. Previously, Steve was the Executive Director of Loan Originations at MC-Five Mile from 2015 to 2016, focusing on Midwest CMBS loan originations. From 2003 to 2015, Steve worked at the Royal Bank of Scotland Group as Managing Director of Real Estate Finance, managing CMBS and bridge loan originations and handling restructurings of troubled legacy loans post-GFC. Earlier experience includes serving as an Associate for Acquisitions and Financial Engineering at Fortress Investment Group from 1997 to 2003, where Steve focused on high yield real estate credit assets. Steve holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology from Harvard University.
