Mira Mandziuk

Mira Mandziuk is an experienced implementation specialist at Ease Inc., a provider of cloud-based quality and process audit software for global manufacturers, specializing in improving quality initiatives and reducing administrative burdens. Since September 2016, Mira has also worked as a freelance tour guide for Chinese tourists, providing city navigation and translation services. Previous roles include Chinese/English customer support specialist at Nuovostep, English/Chinese applied linguist at Trident Software, and customer support representative at Forbesphone. Mira has a strong background in customer relations and software development, complemented by a Master's degree in Journalism and Communication from Xi'an Jiaotong University, and a Master's in Chinese and English translation from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.
