Brendan oversees the delivery of managed services powered by ServiceNow. His primary focus is ensuring Thrive delivers exceptional technical support to its vast client base. Prior to his current role at Thrive, Brendan held various engineering and technical services leadership roles.

Brendan began his career over a decade ago where he held numerous roles within managed service providers, gaining the experience and knowledge needed to excel in the industry. Brendan attended Wentworth Institute of Technology, where he studied to achieve his degree in computer engineering. He also holds multiple certifications, including Microsoft, VMware, and ITIL.
