Scot Guido

Scot Guido is a Managing Partner for Thrive with a focus on the New York region. Most recently, Scot served as a Managing Partner of S7 Technology Group, which he co-founded in 2009 until the company was acquired by Thrive in 2021.

Scot started S7 Technology Group after he saw a need for a value-driven managed service provider that could deliver a comprehensive and cost-effective, end-to-end technology solution. Harnessing industry expertise and a passion for technology, He had the vision to fill the void left behind by the 2008-2009 financial crises. The new financial technology landscape requires multilateral, cross-industry expertise to address complicated regulatory challenges, and Scot aligned S7 perfectly to take on those challenges.

Prior to co-founding S7 Technology Group, Scot was a Director at Gleacher & Co., responsible for technology worldwide.

Scot earned a BS from Long Island University.
