Heather Rose

Heather Rose is a skilled professional with extensive experience in implementation and legal support. Currently serving as a Senior Implementation Analyst at Ease since March 2021, Heather demonstrates expertise in managing project implementations. Previously, at Kiewit from November 2014 to March 2021, Heather worked as an Executive Legal Assistant, providing critical support in transactional and litigation settings within the construction industry. Responsibilities included drafting legal documents, managing calendars, and conducting legal research. Earlier experience as an Office Coordinator at Children’s Hospital & Medical Center involved supporting the Pediatric Critical Care division, where Heather coordinated meetings and assisted in the hiring processes for new physicians. Heather holds a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design from Bellevue University and an Associate’s Degree in Criminal Justice from Iowa Western Community College.
