Kyle Sommers

Kyle Sommers is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and marketing. Currently serving as a Senior Customer Success Manager at both Employee Navigator and Ease since April 2023 and September 2021, respectively, Kyle previously held the role of Benefits Systems Administrator at TrueNorth Companies from July 2019 to September 2021. Before this, Kyle worked as a Marketing Analyst at Collins Community Credit Union, where responsibilities included analyzing campaign effectiveness and conducting competitor research from October 2014 to July 2019. Additional experience includes project management at RuffaloCODY and admissions counseling at Iowa Wesleyan College. Kyle holds a degree from Wartburg College, where attendance spanned from 2007 to 2011.
