Jules Pfister

Jules Pfister currently serves as the Director of People Operations at Easel since January 2025, following a tenure as Head of People Operations at Inventables from March 2014 to January 2025, where the focus was on digital manufacturing within a product-led growth SaaS environment. Prior experience includes roles as Employee Relations Manager and Executive Assistant to the CEO at Wind Point Partners, a private equity firm, and as Executive Administrator in the same organization. Jules has also worked as a Qualitative Research Assistant at both Focus Centre of Chicago and Chicago Focus, contributing to market research initiatives. Early career experience includes serving as a Personal Climbing Instructor at Fitness Formula Clubs, which emphasizes corporate wellness and community support. Jules holds a BA in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and Marketing from DePaul University.
