Akhil Singh

Akhil Singh has been working in the finance industry since 2009. Akhil began their career as Sales Manager at ICICI Bank, where they mentored a team of Channel Partners, Executives, and RMs, allocating regions and sourcing Mortgage Leads in the assigned territory. In 2017, they took on the role of Area Head at Aditya Birla Housing Finance Limited, where they were responsible for Mortgage Sourcing through Allied Direct Selling Associates/Agencies, Empaneled referral partners, Online Referral Partners/Agencies, and Internal departments. In 2018, they became Area Sales Manager at Reliance Capital | Reliance Group, where they facilitated SME Mortgages from origination to disbursement across Pune, Kolhapur, Aurangabad, Ahmednagar, and Satara. Akhil Singh currently holds the role of Regional Head - Mortgages at Square Yards, where they are responsible for Facilitation of Home Loans to Customers through various Banks/NBFCs of real estate deals, Sourcing of Home loan Products through Tie Ups with Developers, Outbound Sourcing through a network of Real Estate Agents, Brokers, and Chartered Accountants, Pre-Appraisal/Evaluation of Applications to determine Credit eligibility, and Revenue/Payout collections from various Allied Finance Institutions post disbursements. Akhil is also set to begin a new role as City Lead at easiloan.com in 2022.

Akhil Singh completed their Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) from St.John's College,Agra between 2003 and 2006. Akhil then went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing from IBS Gurgaon between 2007 and 2009. Finally, they completed their ISC from St Mark's College in 2012 with a focus on PCM.
