Czarina Beatriz Silva is an experienced recruitment professional with a solid background in recruitment operations and coordination. Currently serving as the Recruitment Operations Team Lead at Korn Ferry since February 2020, Czarina has also held roles as a Senior Recruitment Coordinator and Recruitment Coordinator within the same company. Prior to Korn Ferry, Czarina worked as a Recruitment Coordinator at IBM from July 2018 to December 2019.
