Jimena Nivón Ruiz

Jimena Nivón Ruiz has over a decade of work experience in various roles related to product management, project management, and operations. Jimena currently works at MAPAL Group as an Easilys Product Specialist, where they are responsible for product strategy, support, go-to-market activities, sales support, product communication, and documentation. Prior to this, they worked as a Project Manager at MAPAL Group, managing a portfolio of clients in the commercial and collective catering sector. Jimena has also worked as a Business Operations Consultant at Compass Group France, a Manager at EUREST SPORTS & LOISIRS, a Sub Manager at Mama Oli, and held various assistant roles at Compass Group France. Jimena started their career as a Restaurant Manager at Pei Wei and gained experience as a Food and Beverage Intern at Rosewood Mayakoba.

Jimena Nivón Ruiz has a diverse education history. In 2020, they attended IE Business School and studied Marketing. Prior to that, from 2014 to 2016, they pursued a Master's degree in Negotiation and Business Management at EMLV - École de Management Léonard de Vinci. Jimena also attained the "TEF Canadá" certification from CCI Paris Export in the same year. In 2016, they achieved the DELF C1 certification from DELF - DALF CIEP. Additionally, Jimena earned their TOEFL certification in 2013 and has a TOEIC certification as well.
